He is a member of NAIFA, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and currently serves on the Board of Directors Louisville Metro as immediate past President as well as Chairman of Health. This includes Legislative Advocacy, Public Relations, Educational Programming, and Professional Development.
He is a member of ACFEI, American College of Forensic Examiners Institute and an ACFEI Certified Forensic Consultant (CFC). Diplomate American Board of Forensic Examiners (DABFE).
Mr. Childers has been a key note speaker on Forensics of a Medical Plan for NAHU - (Louisville Metro and Southern Indiana): NAIFA - Louisville Metro. Presented to Harding, Shymansky and Company Forensic Accounts. He has presented at the Kentucky SHRM Conference and has spoken at various civic clubs as well.
Mr. Childers founded two TPAs, Third Party Administrators. These companies served over 200+ corporations nationally.
He is one of the founding partners of New Generation Benefits Partners, LLC. which provides verticle solutions and silos for busniesses.
Through his experience of 31+ years, he has analyzed and structured corporate benefit programs meeting the goals, objectives and timelines set by Plan Sponsors.
